The 2000 GPD Reverse Osmosis (RO) system features a 1 HP stainless steel Sta-Rite pump with 3/4-inch inlet and outlet connections, providing reliable performance and efficient water delivery for demanding car wash applications. The stainless steel construction offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, while the 1 HP motor supplies the consistent pressure required for optimal RO membrane operation and water production. The 3/4-inch plumbing connections allow for easy installation and compatibility with standard piping systems, ensuring dependable operation and simplified maintenance.
Filtration
The 2000 GPD Reverse Osmosis (RO) system utilizes a single XLE 4040 membrane and a 5-micron prefilter to provide efficient and reliable water purification. The XLE 4040 membrane is designed for high-rejection performance and energy-efficient operation, effectively removing dissolved solids, minerals, and contaminants to produce high-quality spot-free rinse water. The 5-micron prefilter protects the membrane by removing sediment, dirt, and suspended particles from the incoming water supply, helping to extend membrane life, reduce maintenance requirements, and ensure consistent system performance.
