Pump Stand

Pump System
The standard self-serve pump stand features a CAT 310 high-pressure pump rated at 4 GPM and 1,300 PSI, powered by a 5 HP, 208V three-phase motor for reliable performance. The assembly includes belt tensioners, stainless steel belt guards, and stainless steel motor/pump bases for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Single-phase motor options are also available to meet a variety of installation requirements.
Electrical
Individual motor control PVC boxes allow each pump to be controlled independently, simplifying troubleshooting and maintenance while minimizing downtime. The corrosion-resistant PVC construction protects electrical components in wet car wash environments for improved reliability and longevity. As a standard feature, the control panel and pump stand come factory pre-wired, reducing installation time, simplifying startup, and ensuring a smooth, trouble-free setup.
Plumbing
The self-serve pump stand comes factory pre-plumbed, reducing installation time, minimizing field plumbing errors, and helping ensure consistent performance from day one.
